What this platform stores, why it stores it and how long it is retained.
Privacy
The public site stores a project enquiry only after explicit consent. The form records the submitted workflow context, contact details, locale, consent timestamp and a retention date.
Do not submit credentials, personal customer data or confidential documents. Advertising trackers and CRM enrichment are not used; the site guide's current provider mode is stated below.
Anonymous journey analytics remain off until you allow them in Privacy choices. When allowed, KratosLab stores only an allow-listed event, language, page path and an HMAC of a random identifier that lasts for the current tab. No cookie, query string, free text, IP address or browser fingerprint is stored. Revoking consent deletes the current tab journey; remaining events expire after 90 days.
The default lead-retention period is 180 days. Production deletion, access-request and incident procedures must be confirmed for the chosen hosting environment before launch.
For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or consent-withdrawal requests, contact remco@kratoslab.com. You may also complain to the data-protection authority that applies where you live or work.
Hosting, database and email-delivery providers may process only the data needed to operate the site. Their current identity, location and transfer safeguards must be recorded and checked in the deployment register before provider-backed features are enabled.
The site guide currently uses the local, site-grounded answer path. No paid AI provider receives the chat message.
