Automation Opportunity Map

Privately check and compare recurring tasks, then add action blueprints and implementation-readiness checks without an account or hidden score.

Current status: In development
Free · private · no account

Map the work worth automating.

Check several recurring tasks, compare their visible workload and risk, then prepare a safe first experiment.

Your routine answers stay in this page memory. The map does not send them or save them automatically.

How often does this task happen?

Choose the closest normal pattern.

How long does one run usually take?

An honest range is more useful than a perfect estimate.

How much judgement does it need?

Think about the decisions, not the number of clicks.

What happens if it goes wrong?

This determines where approval and checks are needed.

Take the map with you

Copy or download a versioned JSON pack. Importing a valid pack restores it only in this page; nothing is uploaded.

A full pack contains your task descriptions and blueprint notes. A sanitised pack excludes all user-entered free text, including both.

Add at least one routine before copying or downloading a pack.

How the assessment works
A transparent, deterministic check rather than an AI prediction.

The checker combines four signals: repetition, time spent, decision variability and the consequence of a mistake. The same answers always produce the same result.

It deliberately recommends the simplest safe starting point. Consequential work receives a human approval boundary even when much of the preparation can be automated.

What usually makes a strong candidate

  • The task happens repeatedly.
  • The steps and inputs are recognisable.
  • The current work consumes meaningful time.
  • Exceptions can be reviewed by a person.
Privacy and data handling
Your routine answers remain in this page while it is open.

The opportunity map makes no network or AI-provider request and does not write routine answers to cookies or browser storage. KratosLab's separate site-preference controls may read your existing consent choice; they never receive the routine text.

Resetting or closing the page removes the in-memory answers. Copy or download creates a JSON pack only when you choose it. The project link transfers only four answer bands and version details.
